If you want to use nipple washers, these are probably your best option - small, light, and they'll fit through most rim-bed holes. These washers add 1.4mm to the ERD of the rim. So, if your ERD is 588 and you want to use these washers, use 589.4 as your ERD when calculating spoke lengths.
